    Research and Application of “Three Sealing and One Grouting” Sealing Technique of Boreholes Drilled Along Seam

    • 摘要: 以王坡煤矿3316辅助回风巷为研究背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对支护后巷道的应力应变特征进行了研究,确定出合理的封孔深度不小于15 m,进而优化“三堵一注”的封孔工艺,并与“两堵一注”方法进行了对比分析,研究结果表明“三堵一注”封孔工艺的钻孔总平均浓度和最大平均浓度分别比“两堵一注”的提高了9.5%和16.5%,并且在抽采70 d后钻孔的浓度还高达40%,能够有效提高瓦斯抽采效率。

       

      Abstract: According to 3316 auxiliary air return roadway of Wangpo Mine, FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to analyze the stress and strain characteristics of supporting roadway, and the reasonable hole sealing depth is not less than 15 m, and then the three sealing and one grouting sealing technique is optimized. After the comparison and analysis of two sealing and one grouting, the research show that the total and the maximum average concentration of extraction drilling of three sealing and one grouting increased by 9.5% and 16.5% than that of two sealing and one grouting, and the concentration of extraction is as high as 40% after the boreholes has been extraction for 70 days. So the three sealing and one grouting sealing technique can effectively improve the efficiency of gas drainage.
