    柿庄北地区煤层气增产技术改造方案

    Technical Transformation Plan for Coal-bed Methane Increasing Production in Shizhuang North Region

    • 摘要: 沁水盆地蕴藏着丰富的煤层气资源,一直以来是我国煤层气开采的重点区域,也是科技投入较高、研究力度较大的地区之一。沁水盆地柿庄北地区的X2井,因其受压裂影响造成开采井被污染,产量相对较低。针对开采煤层气中出现的问题,经过大量科学论证,创造性提出借鉴石油行业生产工艺作为煤层气增产技术手段。结果表明,对X2井采用水力喷射径向钻孔技术后,煤层气产量出现明显的上升,由200 m3/d 增加到 2 400 m3/d,达到了预想的增产效果。

       

      Abstract: Qinshui Basin, rich in coalbed methane resources, has been the focus of coal-bed gas in China and higher investment in science and technology, one of the areas with a larger research effort. Shizhuang North X2 well in Qinshui Basin, coalbed methane yield is relatively low due to its exploration wells are polluted by fracturing effect. In view of the problems arising from the exploitation of coalbed gas, through a large number of scientific reasoning, we creatively propose referencing oil industry production technology mean as yield-increasing technique of coal-bed methane production. Results show that coal-bed gas production shows a significant rise from 200 m3/d to 2 400 m3/d after using hydraulic jet radial direction drilling technology in X2 well and reaching the desired effect.
