    • 摘要: 分析了泥岩底板突出综掘工作面在粉尘治理方面存在的问题;针对该类型工作面的地质生产条件,设计了一套泡沫除尘和快速分段注水相结合的综合防尘技术对工作面粉尘进行治理;对快速分段注水工艺参数和泡沫除尘系统现场配套工艺在井下进行了试验研究。应用结果表明:综合防尘措施后,司机位置处的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率分别为95.8%及94.8%,极大改善工作面作业环境。

       

      Abstract: The paper analyzes the problems in the dust control of outburst fully mechanized excavating face in mudstone floor. According to the geological production conditions of this type of working face, a dust prevention and control technique combining with foam dust removal and rapid segmenting water injection is designed to treat the dust in the working face. In this paper, the process parameters of the rapid segmenting water injection and the matching process of the foam dust removal system are studied in the field. The application results show that dust suppression efficiency of full dust and respirable dust at the driver’s location is 95.8% and 94.8% respectively after comprehensive dust control, which greatly improves working environment.
