    松软煤层螺旋钻杆与压风复合排渣钻进技术装备

    Spiral Drill Pipe and Composite Slag Discharge Drilling Technology and Equipment in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对松软煤层钻进困难、成孔深度浅、成孔率低等问题, 在广泛调研国内相关技术的基础上,提出应用软煤钻机与整体铣削式外平螺旋钻杆利用井下压风进行复合排渣钻进的技术,并集成了钻进参数监测、孔口除尘、矿渣输送等相关配套功能。通过煤矿现场工业性试验表明, 该套技术装备整体运行可靠,大幅提高了松软煤层中的钻进深度与成孔率。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of drilling difficulties in soft coal seam, shallow hole depth and low hole formation rate, on the basis of extensive research of domestic related technology, we use soft coal drill rig and overall milling type outer spiral drill pipe to carry on composite slag discharge drilling by compounding air pressure. The complete drill rig integrated the drilling parameters monitoring, drilling hole dust removal and composite slag discharge. The coal field industrial test showed that the complete drill rig was reliable, greatly improved the drilling depth and hole-forming rate in soft coal seam.
