    Optimization and Design on Power Head of ZMK5530TJZ100 Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 以煤层气车载钻机动力头为研究对象,在钻机最大工作负荷下,对动力头提出了功能要求,并确定了设计方案。采用三维建模软件建立动力头三维数字模型,应用CAE软件对动力头的关键部件进行了有限元分析,得出了其工作过程中的应力及应变分布规律。根据数值模拟结果对初始设计方案进行优化设计。样机的现场应用结果表明动力头设计很好的满足了车载钻机的功能要求,可靠性高。

       

      Abstract: The power head of truck-mounted drilling rig was taken as the research object, the functional requirement was proposed and the design scheme was determined under the maximum working load. The 3D digital power head model was established by using three-dimensional modeling software, and the finite element analysis was carried out for key components of power head through CAE software, the distribution law of stress and strain was obtained in the working process. According to the results of numerical simulation, the initial design scheme was optimized. The field application result of the prototype showed that the power head design could meet the function requirement of truck-mounted drilling rig and had a high reliability.
