    Anti-upwind Device for Outburst Prevention Air Door in Yungaishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 利用杠杆原理,自主研发水沟防逆风装置、刮板输送机道防逆风装置、防逆风窗装置等新型防逆风装置;介绍了防突风门防逆风装置的结构和工作原理。当发生煤与瓦斯突出或瓦斯爆炸时,设计的防逆风装置在冲击波的作用下,自动挡严通风通道,阻挡有害气体蔓延至风门另一侧,阻止风向逆流发生,有效控制受灾面积,保障矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: By using the lever principle, some new type of anti-wind device were developed independently, such as ditch anti-upwind device, scraper-trough conveyer anti-upwind device, anti-wind window device, etc. The structure and working principle was introduced about the anti-upwind device of outburst prevention air door. When the coal and gas outburst or gas explosion occurred, under the action of the shock wave, the anti-upwind device could automatically block ventilation channels and prevent the spread of harmful gas to the other side of air door, thus it could prevent the upwind flow, effectively control the affected area, and ensure the coal mine safety production.
