    • 摘要: 为了有效降低煤矿水害事故,针对煤矿复杂的地质条件,基于模块化设计思想,研制了钻孔能力可达300 m的 ZDY3500T型分体式和ZDY3500LT型履带式2款煤矿用探放水钻机。简述了回转系统、给进系统、夹持机构、液压系统、动力泵站、孔口安全装置等关键技术。2款探放水钻机可在不同规模的矿井运用,满足不同类型的探放水钻孔的需求。

       

      Abstract: Based on the modular design thought, two drilling rigs for difficult geological conditions of coal mine were designed with drilling ability of 300 m to prevent water disaster effectively, the one named ZDY3500T adopts separated type and the other named ZDY3500LT adopts track type. This article sketched rotary device, feeding device, clamping mechanism, hydraulic system, power pumps and safety device of the wellhead. These two rigs can adapt to different well types, and meet the needs of different types of water exploration and drainage borehole construction.
