    风琴管喷嘴和赫姆霍兹喷嘴射流特性分析

    Study on Jet’s Characteristics of Organ Nozzle and Helmholtz Nozzle

    • 摘要: 风琴管喷嘴与赫姆霍兹喷嘴是2种典型的自振射流喷嘴,其结构上的差异决定了射流特性的不同。基于水声学和流体网络理论,分析了2种喷嘴的结构特点及其产生的自振射流机理。为了研究2种自振喷嘴的射流特性,采用直接提取喷嘴腔内压力脉动信号的方法,通过信号分析研究自振射流的频率特性;同时,将打击试验与噪声分析方法相结合,分析了不同喷嘴射流的空化特性。试验结果表明,相对于普通喷嘴,风琴管喷嘴与赫姆霍兹喷嘴均能产生高频压力振荡并促进空化的产生,而赫姆霍兹喷嘴共振腔对射流自振幅值有放大作用且空化效果更为明显。

       

      Abstract: Organ nozzle and Helmholtz nozzle are two kinds of typical self-resonating water jet nozzles. The differences of jet’s characteristics between this two nozzles are determined by different geometric structures. In this paper, the structure characteristics and generation mechanism of self-resonating water jet of the two nozzles were analyzed based on hydroacoustics and fluid network theory. Firstly, the method of extracting the signals directly was employed to collect the flow pressure pulsation signals in the cavities of two nozzles; and then frequency characteristics of self-resonating water jet was analyzed through signal analysis methods. Moreover, striking tests and noise analysis method were combined to analyze the cavitation characteristics of jets from different nozzles. The results show that comparing to ordinary nozzle, both organ nozzle and Helmholtz nozzle can produce high-frequency pressure oscillation and promote the generation of cavitation; however, Helmholtz nozzle has function of amplification on spectrum amplitude and cavitation effect is more obvious on the self-resonating water jet.
