    Loop Analysis of Tunnel Core Drill Rig Pressure-reduced Drilling Based on AMEsim

    • 摘要: 对坑道岩心钻机减压钻进回路进行了研究,在对比分析了节流减压钻进回路及溢流减压钻进回路的优缺点的基础上,提出恒压变量泵控减压钻进回路。结合ZDY1000G型坑道岩心钻机的减压钻进回路,利用AMEsim软件模拟不同回路的压力流量特性,得出恒压变量泵控减压钻进回路具有钻进操作方便,安全性高,负载适应性强的结论。

       

      Abstract: This paper studied tunnel core drill rig pressure-reduced drilling. In the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of throttling pressure-reduced drilling loop and overflow pressure-reduced drilling loop, constant pressure variable displacement pump controlling pressure-reduced drilling loop is proposed in this paper. Combining ZDY-1000G pressure-reduced drilling loop, using AMEsim software to simulate the pressure flow characteristics of different circuits, it is concluded that the constant pressure variable displacement pump controlling pressure reducing drilling circuit has the advantages of convenient operation, high safety and strong load adaptability.
