    露天矿场卡车监测调度系统的数据通信设计

    The Data Communication Design of Truck Monitoring and Scheduling System in Open-pit

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿生产调度中心对露天矿场运行车辆精确状态信息进行了解掌握的需求,研究开发了成本低、覆盖范围广的矿用卡车监测调度系统。系统设备终端为车载设备,采用arm9嵌入式平台,配合高质量的GPS模块和GPRS模块完成对车辆信息的采集和传输,各模块功能均在linux系统下研究开发完成。运行结果表明:该系统工作稳定,数据采集和传输准确可靠,在接收显示终端借助GIS三维软件能直观的将工作车辆状态展示给相关工作人员,为其调度和决策提供了良好的依据。

       

      Abstract: In view of the requirements of control center grasping the precise state information of the running vehicles in open-pit,this truck monitoring and scheduling system which costs low and covers a wide range for the mine has been developed.The terminal of system is installed on the vehicles.Using arm9 embedded platform with high quality of GPS module and GPRS module to complete the collection and transmission of vehicle information,functions of each module are researched and developed in the linux system.The running results show that the system is accurate,stable and reliable in data acquisition and transmission.It’s useful for the scheduling and decision-making of the relevant staff,by directly showing the running vehicles with the GIS application.
