    Comprehensive Evaluation of Miners’ Safety Behavior Ability Based on Network Model

    • 摘要: 为准确了解矿工安全行为能力水平,基于安全行为影响因素,从安全生理、个性心理、安全能力3方面构建综合评价指标体系,运用ANP(网络层次分析法)和灰色关联法进行综合评价。先通过ANP建立指标体系的网络模型,借助SD(超级决策)软件,计算各因素的全局权重,再从矿工个体安全行为角度出发,随机选取5名矿工以获取评价数据,运用灰色关联法计算关联系数,最后用权重和关联系数计算出加权关联度。结果表明,该模型能够较好显示出评价对象的实际安全行为能力。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the level of miners’ safety behavior ability, based on the influencing factors of safety behavior, the comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed from the aspects of safety physiology, personality psychology and safety ability. We used ANP(Analytic Network Process) and grey correlation analysis to carry out comprehensive evalution. First, we established the network model of index system through ANP and use SD(super decision) software to calculate the global weight of each factor; then, from the point of view of individual safety behavior of miners, 5 miners were randomly selected to obtain the evaluation data, and the correlation coefficient was calculated by using the grey correlation method; finally, the weighted incidence degree is calculated with the weight and the correlation coefficient. The results show that the model can show the actual safety behavior ability of the evaluation object.
