    矿井热动力灾害救援安全性评价指标体系

    Evaluation Index System for Rescue Safety of Mine Thermodynamic Disasters

    • 摘要: 在现代事故致因理论的基础上,采用“人-机-环-管理”系统分析法,结合矿井热动力灾害救援的特点,初步构建了具有14大类50个影响因素的矿井热动力灾害救援安全性评价指标体系;采用Delphi法和AHP法对初步提出的评价指标进行了优化,得到了具有6个一级指标、20个二级指标的评价指标体系结构;提出了评价指标预处理、量化和指标权重赋值方法,对优选后的矿井热动力灾害评价指标进行了处理,得到了矿井热动力灾害救援安全性评价指标体系。

       

      Abstract: Based on the modern accident causation theory, combining with rescue characteristics of mine thermodynamic disasters, the preliminary evaluation index system for the safety degree of mine thermodynamic disasters rescue was established, which through adopting the analysis method of “human - machine - environment - management” system. This evaluation index system consists of 14 categories and 50 influence factors. After that, the optimized evaluation index system with 6 first level indicators and 20 secondary level indicators were obtained through using the method of Delphi and AHP. Finally, based on the proposed method of evaluation index pretreatment, quantification and index weight assignment, the optimized evaluation indexes are processed. The safety evaluation index system of mine thermodynamic disaster rescue was obtained.
