    Research on On-way Resistance for Pipe-Jacking Construction in Rock Roadway of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 矿用顶管机是解决煤矿小断面施工难题的有效手段,但还没有针对矿用顶管机的沿途阻力的研究。基于淮南张集矿-600 m排水石门巷道顶管施工项目,分析了岩石属性和地应力等影响因素,采用数值模拟和试验测试,研究地应力和重力作用下的顶管施工沿途阻力,分析了顶管沿途阻力的变化趋势。

       

      Abstract: Mine-used pipe jacking machine is an effective mean to solve the problem of small section construction of coal mine, but there is no research on mine on-way resistance for pipe jacking machine. In this paper, based on the pipe jacking construction project in -600 m drainage crossheading tunnel of Huainan Zhangji Coal Mine, we analyze the influence factors of rock properties and stress. Based on numerical simulation and experimental test, the resistance of pipe jacking construction under the action of ground stress and gravity is researched, meanwhile, the change trend along the resistance of pipe jacking is obtained.
