    Dynamic Closed Loop Control Technology for Spontaneous Combustion in Composite Goaf of Extremely Close Distance Coal Seam Group with High Gas

    • 摘要: 以高瓦斯极近距离煤层群易发生自然发火为背景,对高瓦斯矿井复合采空区自燃危险因素进行分析研究,提出了复合采空区动态闭环防控技术体系:首先对采空区进行实时监测,在监测的基础上,动态调控瓦斯抽采量,对重点区域遗煤实施高低位联合注浆,对大范围复合采空区实施全断面帷幕注氮,形成监测、调控、治理相结合的闭环防控体系。

       

      Abstract: Taking high gas and extremely close distance coal seam group as the background, in this paper, the risk factors of spontaneous combustion in composite goaf of high gas mine are studied, and the dynamic closed-loop control technology system of composite goaf is proposed. On the basis of monitoring, dynamic regulation of gas extraction, high and low joint grouting for the residual coal in the key area and the large and full cross-sectional curtain nitrogen injection, a closed-loop control system for monitoring, regulation and governance is formed.
