    Causes Analysis and Prevention Technology for Pressurizing Support in Fully Mechanized Caving Mining

    • 摘要: 为解决综放工作面频繁发生大面积压架事故的问题,对同煤塔山煤矿综放工作面压架案例进行了分析,认为地质因素、支架工作状况和工作面管理是造成综放开采压架的主要原因。通过压架原因分析,从开采前划定压架预警范围,采取合理的采放高度,加强现场管理,提高支护质量,工作面矿压预警,对离层水进行疏放,合理的支架阻力选型等方面开展压架防治工作。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large area pressurizing accident of hydraulic support in fully mechanized caving faces, the paper analyzes the cases of pressurizing support in fully mechanized caving face of Tashan Coal Mine, and it is suggested that the geological factors, the working condition of the supports and the management of the work face are the main reasons for pressurizing support accidents. Through analyzing the causes of pressurizing support, from designating warning scope of pressurizing support before mining, taking reasonable mining height, strengthening field management, improving the quality of support, mine pressure warning, draining abscission layer water, reasonable support resistance selection and other methods, the prevention and control work for pressurizing support is carried out.
