    • 摘要: 为消除瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中湿式排渣消尘污水大量排放、干式排渣粉尘易大面积扩散的环境污染隐患,研制出轻便、小巧、成本低的导引捕尘一体装置;其主要依据轴承传动、喷雾定向导引的原理,在煤粉湿润后在自重作用下经出渣导引器、胶管落入洗气沉降池中;装置的整体设计避免了拆分、组装的复杂工序,钻杆可整体进入与退出降尘喷雾腔,未影响瓦斯钻孔施工进度。在现场进行了捕尘装置的应用验证,消尘效果达75.8%。

       

      Abstract: To eliminate the environmental pollution hazard of a large number of sewage discharge in the wet condition of slag discharge dust elimination and widespread diffusion of dust under the condition of dry slag discharge in gas extraction drilling construction, we creatively developed the portable, small, low cost guided dust catcher device. Mainly basing on the principle of bearing transmission and spray orientation guidance, the pulverized coal in wet condition under the weight of itself falls into the wash sedimentation pool through guiding device and gas hose; in addition, the overall design of the device is to avoid the complex process of split and assembly, and drill pipe is as a whole to enter and exit the dust spray chamber, without impact on gas drilling construction progress. The application validation of catching dust equipment is carried out in the field, and dust elimination effect achieves about 75.8%.
