    • 摘要: 低浓度瓦斯输送管路发生爆炸燃烧事故或发电机组因故停机时,势必造成瓦斯输送管路堵塞,瓦斯抽放泵站出现憋泵情况,直接影响到煤矿生产安全。阻火式超压放散装置利用水封原理在输送管路压力超过设定值时自动放散,避免出现憋泵;另外该装置还具有阻火功能,提高了抽放系统的安全性。介绍了阻火式超压放散装置的方案设计;详细说明了装置的结构设计和水位自动控制系统设计。

       

      Abstract: When the explosion accident occurred in the low concentration gas pipeline or the generator set is shut down for some reasons, it is bound to cause the blockage of the gas transmission pipeline, and gas drainage pump station appears to hold the pump, which directly impacts on the safety of coal production. The fire retardance overpressure release device which uses the water seal principle to automatically discharge when the pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, so as to avoid the emergence of pump suffocation. In addition, the device also has the function of fire retardance, and improves the safety of the drainage system. In this paper, the design plan of fire retardance overpressure release device is developed; then the structure design of the device and the design of the automatic control system of water level are carried out.
