    • 摘要: 为解决易喷孔煤层钻进期间瓦斯、粉尘超限难题,提出收集式防喷孔装置和射流泵除尘技术融合概念;将风水射流除尘器纳入喷雾降尘式气尘分离箱中,利用风水射流除尘器工作时产生的孔口负压、高速雾状水流,增强气尘分离箱收集瓦斯能力、除尘效率;以此形成一款兼具防喷孔、除尘功能的通用型打钻防护装置,有效保障了防突打钻安全施工。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas and dust overrun of the porous coal seam during the drilling period, the fusion concept of collection type blowout preventer and jet pump dust-removal technology is proposed. Air and water jet dust collector is included in spray and aspirating type air-dust separation box. Air and water jet dust collector is used to produce the negative pressure, high speed fog flow, and improve the gas collection capacity and efficiency of dust removal of air-dust separation box. In this way, a common type drilling protection device with the function of blowout preventer and dust removal is developed, which effectively guarantees the safety of the drill.
