    High Rotation Speed and Crossing Conveyor Auger Drill and Its Key Technologies

    • 摘要: 针对当前松软突出煤层钻进用大扭矩钻机转速低、高转速钻机采用分体式结构搬迁使用麻烦等不足,结合松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工需要,研制了一款高转速、长行程、履带行走式的跨输送带螺旋钻机;开发了高转速动力头、长行程给进装置、吊装提升装置和具有保护功能的液压回路等关键技术;在晋城王坡煤矿现场试验结果表明:该钻机结构设计合理、液压系统先进、搬迁使用方便、钻进效率和钻孔成孔深度高,在松软突出煤层中具备200 m深的瓦斯抽采钻孔施工能力。

       

      Abstract: In view of the disadvantages of the low rotate speed of high torque drilling rigs and the difficult transportation of split-type high rotate speed drilling rigs in soft coal seam, a crossing conveyor auger drilling rig is developed, which has high speed, long stroke and crawler aiming at the need of drilling in soft coal seam. The key technologies of high speed power head, long stroke feeding device, hoisting and lifting device and hydraulic circuit with protection function are developed, and field investigation has been done in Jincheng Wangpo Coal Mine. The industrial tests indicate that: this rig has reasonable structure, advanced hydraulic system, convenient transportation, high efficiency and the capability of drilling 200 meters in the soft coal seam.
