    A Kind of Flameproof Enclosure for Large Capacity Lithium-ion Battery Power Supply Based on Respiratory Pressure Relief

    • 摘要: 对煤矿井下使用的大容量锂离子蓄电池进行极限状态的充电试验,研究出现燃爆或者泄压情况下隔爆外壳内部的承压情况。提出带专用泄压功能及防堵塞设计的泄压装置设计方案,并对泄压效果进行对比试验验证;设计带呼吸泄压装置的大容量锂离子蓄电池电源隔爆外壳并进行防爆检测。

       

      Abstract: The limit charging test of large capacity lithium-ion battery used in coal mine is carried out and internal pressure in flameproof enclosure is researched in case of the battery explosion or pressure release. The paper proposes the design of pressure relief device and anti-blocking structure, and the pressure relief effect is compared and verified by experiment. In the end, flameproof enclosure with pressure relief function for large capacity lithium-ion battery is developed and tested.
