    高转速螺旋钻进技术在松软煤层中的应用

    Application of High Speed Auger Drilling Technology in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 介绍了高转速螺旋钻进技术的工艺原理与技术优势,理论研究了钻机转速对螺旋钻进排渣效果的影响。通过现场工业性试验对该工艺进行了验证,试验结果表明,采用高转速螺旋钻进技术进行钻进施工,钻进效率提高了50.8%,成孔深度显著提高。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principle of high speed auger drilling technology and its advantages, and studies the influence of the rotational speed on spiral drilling discharge effect through the theoretical study. The technology is verified by field industrial test. The test results showed that drilling efficiency increased by 50.8%, hole-forming depth increased significantly by using high speed auger drilling technology in drilling construction.
