    液态二氧化碳直注灭火技术在珙泉煤矿的应用

    Application of Liquid CO2 Fire-extinguishing Technique in Gongquan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了治理珙泉煤矿2272采空区发生的自燃火灾,尽快恢复2273工作面安全生产,采用液态CO2直注灭火技术,利用KRM-1200型液态二氧化碳防灭火装置将液态CO2运抵2273工作面附近,通过高压软管连接至防灭火钻孔将液态CO2直接注入2272采空区自燃火区。2272采空区CO浓度急剧下降,C2H2、C2H4等指标气体消失。

       

      Abstract: In order to control the spontaneous combustion in 2272 goaf of Gongquan Coal Mine and resume the safety production of 2273 working face as soon as possible, liquid CO2 direct injection and fire-extinguishing technique was adopted, and liquid CO2 was transported to the vicinity of 2273 working face by using KRM-1200 liquid carbon dioxide fire-extinguishing device. Through high pressure hose connected to the fire prevention drilling, liquid CO2 was directly injected into spontaneous combustion zone of 2272 goaf. The concentration of CO decreased sharply in 2272 goaf, and the index gases such as C2H2 and C2H4 disappeared.
