    Improvement of “Three - zones” Division Method for Spontaneous Combustion in Goaf

    • 摘要: 通过分析自燃“三带”的理论依据,认为对于自燃“三带”的划分,应考虑“三带”之间的本质区别,并结合漏风风速法、氧气浓度法和温升速度法3种传统“三带”划分方法及指标,提出了包括最小遗煤厚度、极限漏风风速、临界氧气浓度为主指标,辅助以温升速度指标的自燃“三带”划分方法,给出了指标值及计算方法。利用该方法对沙吉海煤矿B1003W01工作面采空区进行了实际自燃“三带”测定及划分,划分结果与实际相符。

       

      Abstract: By analyzing the theoretical basis of spontaneous combustion “three zones”, we think that the spontaneous combustion “three zones” division should consider the essential difference between “three zones”. We present spontaneous combustion “three -zones” method, which includes the minimum coal thickness, the maximum air leakage wind speed, the critical oxygen concentration as the main indexes, aided by the temperature rise speed indicator, while giving the index value and calculation method, by combining the three traditional “three zones” division methods and indexes, whose name is the wind-blown wind speed method, oxygen concentration method and temperature rise speed method. This method is used to measure and divide the actual spontaneous combustion “three zones” in the goaf area of B1003W01 working face in Shajihai Coal Mine. The results are consistent with the actual results.
