    Analysis and Evaluation for Management Model of Fire Prevention Technology and Equipment in Xinzhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对新庄矿防灭火工作现状,从防灭火管理制度、自然发火危险程度、自然发火防治措施、防灭火装备管理模式适用性等方面对矿井的防灭火技术与装备管理模式进行了分析研究与评价。结果表明:在现阶段开采首层煤时,矿井所采取的防灭火装备管理模式基本满足防灭火实际需要;目前的防灭火装备管理模式、配备的管理与技术人员和防灭火专业队伍难以满足未来下部煤层开采时的防灭火实际需求;现行的防灭火装备管理模式尚未完全符合国家有关煤矿井下防灭火的相关规定,因此应该根据整改措施的要求,尽快建立能满足矿井安全生产要求的综合防灭火措施。

       

      Abstract: According to the status quo of fire preventing and extinguishing work in Xinzhuang Coal Mine, the management model of fire prevention technology and equipment in Xinzhuang Coal Mine was analyzed and evaluated in several aspects of management system, risk and prevention status of spontaneous combustion, applicability of management model for fire prevention equipment, and so on. The results show that the actual needs of fire prevention are met by management model of fire prevention technology and equipment in the coal mine at present. The current management mode of fire prevention and extinguishing equipment, the management and technical personnel and the professional team of fire prevention and extinguishing are difficult to meet the actual needs of fire prevention and control in the lower coal seam mining. The existing fire prevention and control equipment management model has not yet fully complied with the relevant provisions of the state on coal mine fire prevention. Therefore, according to the requirements of the rectification measures, the comprehensive fire prevention measures should be reformed and improved to meet the requirements of coal mine safety production.
