    煤矿冲击地压风险分析与控制技术

    Research on Risk Analysis and Control Technology of Rock Burst in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以煤矿冲击地压为研究对象,将风险管理的相关理论应用到煤矿开采过程中,对事故风险的定义、冲击地压风险事故机理和预防控制措施等方面进行了研究。将事故风险定义为在正常的生产过程中某一客观存在或某项活动具有导致安全生产系统发生事故的可能性及其事故损失的组合,并给出了相应的函数表达式。在此基础上,根据冲击地压的特点与煤层开采之间的关系,将引发冲击地压的风险因素分为开采深度、地质构造、煤岩特性等自然风险和开采技术、组织管理等人为风险2大类,构建了煤矿冲击地压风险事故致因模式,提出了相应的风险控制对策。

       

      Abstract: Taking rock burst of coal mine as research object, risk management theory is used in coal mining, and the definition of accident risk, risk accident mechanism and control measures of coal burst are studied. The accident risk is defined as the combination of the accident possibility and loss which is resulted from an objective or an activity in the production process, and it can be written by the corresponding function expression. According to the relationship between rock burst and coal seam mining, the risk factors of coal burst can be divided into natural risk and human risk. Natural risk factors are consist of mining depth, geological structure, and characteristics of coal and surrounding rock. Human risk factors are consist of mining technology, organization and management. We built the accident causation model of rock burst, and gave the risk control measures.
