    Discussion on Reasonable Width-to-height Ratio of Rectangular Section Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了探讨矩形断面巷道合理的宽高比,基于弹性力学中孔口应力的复变函数解法,求解矩形断面巷道周边应力分布,并通过单因素分析法探讨相关因素对矩形断面巷道周边应力变化的影响。同时,根据潘一东矿1232(1)工作面的地质条件,运用数值模拟软件FLAC3D模拟不同宽高比矩形断面巷道周边位移。研究结果表明:矩形断面巷道围岩为各向同性时,巷道应沿最大水平应力方向布置,矩形断面巷道合理的宽高比约为1;潘一东矿1232(1)工作面非均质矩形断面回采巷道的合理宽高比为1.2,矩形断面合理的宽高比与巷道断面中各种不同岩性的岩石所占比重有关。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the reasonable width-to-height ratio of the rectangular section roadway, based on complex function method of orifice stress in elastic mechanics, the stress distribution around the tunnel in the rectangular section was solved and the influence of the related factors on the stress change of the surrounding of the rectangular tunnel is discussed by single factor analysis method. Meanwhile, according to the geological conditions in Panyidong Coal Mine 1232(1), numerical simulation software FLAC3D is used to simulate the displacement around the tunnel with different width-to-height ratios. Result show that: when the surrounding rock is isotropic, the roadway should be arranged along the direction of maximum horizontal stress, and the reasonable width-to-height ratio is about 1. Reasonable width-to-height ratio of Panyidong Coal Mine 1232(1) non-homogeneous face is 1.2. The reasonable width height ratio is related to the proportion of different rock in the section of the roadway.
