    Development of a Kind of Foamed Gel and Its Sealing and Inhibition Characteristics

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿防灭火材料的不足,通过四因素三水平正交试验研制出一种用于防治煤自燃的新型凝胶泡沫,并采用自行设计的封堵装置和程序升温方法分别对其进行封堵与煤自燃阻化实验。研究结果表明:凝胶泡沫作为一种新型防灭火复合材料,其承压性能相比三相泡沫得到极大提高,且高温下不会分解产生刺激性气体,在对煤炭封堵隔氧和自燃阻化方面展现出优良的防灭火特性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve problems on fire prevention and extinguishing materials of coal mine, a new type of foamed gel was developed by four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment. The self-designed sealing device and temperature programmed method were adopted to test its characteristics of blocking air leakage channels and retarding the coal spontaneous combustion respectively. The results show that the performance about pressure resistence of foamed gel has been greatly improved compared with the three-phase foam; the foamed gel will not decompose irritant gas under high temperature, and shows excellent features in preventing and extinguishing the coal fire in aspects of sealing and inhibition.
