    Applied Research on Hole Shape of Hole-sharped Pressure Release Support Materiel in High Stress Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了从根本上解决支护体强度有限、支护难度大、围岩扰动破坏严重、工程灾害频发和返修率高等不利现象,通过对北京长沟峪矿-410 m水平东二东15槽底板道矿压显现特征以及巷道围岩破坏机理进行研究,提出了一种能够在高应力软岩巷道中应用的新型置孔释压支护方法,并且通过有限差分软件FLAC3D对不同置孔释压材料孔形进行模拟,对不同孔形的释压效果进行分析,证实了圆形释压孔的合理性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the unfavorable phenomena basically such as limited support strength, large difficulty of support, serious damage of the surrounding rock disturbance, frequent engineering disasters and higher back repair rate, through the study of the characteristics of mine pressure and the failure mechanism of surrounding rock of Beijing Changgouyu Mine -410 m east two east 15 groove bottom plate, we propose a new support method for hole-sharped pressure release which is suitable for high stress soft rock roadway, and use the finite difference software FLAC3D to simulate the different hole shapes of hole-sharped pressure release materiels, and analyze the release effect of different hole shapes, which verifies the rationality of the circular pressure relief hole.
