    • 摘要: 为了解决回采工作面两巷U型钢支护动压区的收敛变形问题,减少动压区的频繁维修对生产的影响,张村矿通过井下现场的多次研究和试验,最后采用废旧U型钢加工成直线托棚,配合单体柱形成“门式”支护,对工作面动压区进行加固。通过现场实践应用,托棚加固不但提高动压区的支护强度,减小巷道的收敛变形,减少巷道翻修次数,降低材料投入成本,而且施工方便,劳动强度低,保证了工作面的安全生产,取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of convergence deformation of U type steel support dynamic pressure area in the two lanes of working face, the influence of frequent maintenance on the dynamic pressure area is reduced. Through repeated research and test of underground scene, Zhangcun Mine applies the waste U type steel processing line with support shed, monomer to form “door” support to reinforce the working face in dynamic pressure area. Through field application, shed support not only improves the dynamic pressure area supporting strength, reduce the deformation of roadway convergence, reduce roadway maintenance frequency, reduce the material cost, but also has the characteristics of convenient construction, low labor intensity, which ensures the safe production of the work and achieves good results.
