    • 摘要: KJF2000N矿井安全生产综合监控系统使用中受挂接监控分站数量限制,导致巡检周期过长,不满足国家煤矿安监局关于印发《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》的通知中对煤矿安全监控系统的性能指标的要求;为了解决此问题,针对现有使用KJF2000N矿山安全综合监控系统矿井的实际应用环境,有针对性的提出5种方法,这些方法可有效提高KJF2000N矿山安全综合监控系统巡检效率,缩短系统巡检周期,有效地保证异地断电时间不超过40 s,及时对异常信息进行预警与报警,充分保障井下工作人员生命安全。

       

      Abstract: The limitation of the number of monitoring substations in KJF2000N mine safety production integrated monitoring and control system leads to too long check cycle, which does not meet the requirements of coal mine safety monitoring system performance indexes printed and distributed in the notice of Upgrading Technology Plan for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System by National Coal Mine Safety Bureau, in order to solve the problem, according to the actual application environment of the existing KJF2000N mine safety comprehensive monitoring system, five methods are proposed, which can effectively improve the inspection efficiency of KJF2000N mine safety integrated monitoring system and shorten the system check period, effectively ensure that the long-distance power outage time is no more than 40 s, timely warning and alarming the abnormal information, and fully guarantee the safety of the workers in the underground.
