    Automatic Monitoring System for Main Fan of No. 2 Mine in Inner Mongolia Energy Company

    • 摘要: 根据内蒙能源二号井主要通风机设备的现状,以PLC控制器为核心,基于通信功能构建了一套主要通风机自动监控系统,并投入现场运行。运行结果表明:该监控系统不仅具有完善的参数在线监测、显示、报警等功能,同时具有良好的一键操作功能和故障自动切换功能。该系统的应用实现了主要通风机的在线监测和自动控制,提高了主要通风机设备的自动化管理水平,有力地保障了主要通风机设备的安全可靠运行。

       

      Abstract: According to the current situation of main fan of No.2 mine in Inner Mongolia Energy Company, a monitoring system is built and put into operation, which is based on the communication function and takes the PLC controller as its core. The operation results show that the monitoring system can perfectly supervise, display and alarm the parameters and has the well functions of one-button operation, fault automatic switching. The application of the system realizes the online monitoring and automatic control of the main fan, improves the automatic management level of the main fan equipment, and effectively ensures the safe and reliable operation of the main fan equipment.
