    Adjusting Technology and Method for End Clearance of Water Ring Vacuum Pump

    • 摘要: 水环式真空泵长时间运行后,受机械振动、磨损等的影响轴会发生前后移动,叶轮与侧盖之间的间隙发生变化,不仅增加叶轮转动的摩擦阻力,也降低了泵体的真空度,严重影响瓦斯抽采系统的高效运行;利用塞尺测量水环式真空泵侧盖的端面间隙,并借助千斤顶及轴向顶丝调整间隙至合理范围;对圆锥滚子轴承的更换工艺及方法进行了详细的描述。

       

      Abstract: After the operation of water ring vacuum pump for a long time in coal mine, it is influenced by the mechanical vibration, and causes axial movement; the clearance between the impeller and the side cover changes, which not only increases the impeller rotating friction resistance, also reduces the pump body of the vacuum degree, and seriously influences efficient run of gas extraction system. Using feeler to measure clearance of water ring vacuum pump side cover, and with the aid of jacks and axial jackscrew to adjust the gap to a reasonable interval, at the same time, the replacement process and method of tapered roller bearing were described in detail.
