    Explosion Suppression Design in Lower Cone Area of Pulverized Coal Collector

    • 摘要: 在煤化工煤粉制备工艺过程中,煤粉收集器是经常发生泄漏并可能引发爆炸事故发生的危险区域之一。针对某煤粉制备工艺煤粉收集器下锥作业区进行了爆炸危险性分析,找出了主要的泄漏点,并对其可能出现的泄漏量、TNT当量及爆炸波及范围进行了详细的计算分析,在此基础上对整个煤粉收集器下锥作业区进行了主动抑爆系统的安装设计。

       

      Abstract: In the process of pulverized coal preparation in coal chemical industy, the pulverized coal collector is one of the dangerous areas that often leaks and causes explosion accidents. For the lower cone work zone of pulverized coal collector in pulverized coal preparation process, we carry out explosion risk analysis, and find out the main leak point, and calculate and analyze the leakage rate, TNT equivalent and explosion spreading scope in detail. On the basis of the above, the active explosion suppression system for the lower cone operating area of the whole coal dust collector was designed.
