    A Kind of Mine-used Emergency Stop Control Box with Wireless Signal

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿用无极绳连续牵引车巷道特点和现场环境的特殊性,提出一种新型煤矿用无线信号急停控制箱,该控制箱集打点、急停控制、语音通话、无线通信及声光报警功能于一体,并可数显急停、打点台号和打点数,更有效地帮助工作人员查找故障地点并采取有效措施。试验结果表明:控制箱不仅可以可靠完成传统急停控制箱打点、急停闭锁,语音通话功能,而且可以准确显示急停打点台号及打点数;因其采用无线通信方式,大大减少布线难度、密度以及架线成本,提高工作效率。

       

      Abstract: In view of the characteristics of the roadway and the particularity of the field environment of the non-pole rope continuous traction vehicle for coal mine, in this paper, a new type of wireless signal emergency stop control box for coal mine is introduced. The control box sets hoist signal, emergency stop control, voice communication, wireless communication and sound and light alarm functions in one, and can show the emergency stop, tapping numbers, and the number of the boxes, which is more effective to help staff find fault location and take the appropriate measures. Tested by experience, results show that control box is not only reliable to complete the traditional emergency stop control management, emergency stop, voice call functions, but also can display the number of the boxes and tapping numbers. Because of using wireless communication, it greatly reduces the difficulty, density and cost of wiring, and improves work efficiency.
