    • 摘要: 改进了原有的全断面楔形断带抓捕装置,设计了适用于该装置的液压马达驱动断带抓捕系统,介绍了其工作原理;基于AMESIM液压仿真软件建立了系统仿真模型并进行了仿真分析,研究了系统关键参数对系统动态响应的影响规律。结果表明:随液压马达排量的增大,上楔形抓捕块响应先加快后变缓;随液压马达额定转速的增大,上楔形抓捕块响应速度减小;随插装阀通径、蓄能器气囊容积及充气压力的增大,上楔形抓捕块响应速度增加。

       

      Abstract: The original whole section wedge broken belt catch device is improved and the broken belt catch system driven by hydraulic motor is applied and designed, its working principle is introduced. The simulation model of hydraulic system is established and the system is simulated based on the hydraulic simulation software AMESIM. The relation between key parameters and dynamic response of system is researched. The results show that the response of the upper wedge broken belt catch mechanism increases and then decreases with the increase of hydraulic motor displacement; the response decreases with the increase of hydraulic motor rated speed and the response increases with the increase of cartridge valve diameter, the bag volume and the charged pressure of accumulator.
