    Influence of Plate Beam Angle on Testing Precision of Laser Methane Sensor

    • 摘要: 为了研究板束角变化对激光甲烷传感器检测精度的影响,采用浓度为2.00%的标准气体作为待测气体,设计18次实验,对不同板束角下激光甲烷传感器的检测误差进行了测定,经过数据分析发现,板束角在5°~75°区间时,激光甲烷传感器的测定误差具有下降趋势,板束角在89°~90°区间时,传感器测定误差具有上升趋势;板束角在75°~80°区间时,传感器测定误差最低,维持在0.04%。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of palte beam angle change on the precision of laser methane sensor, taking the concentration of 2.00% standard gas as test gas, we design 18 times of experiments and determine testing error of laser methane sensor under different beam angles. Through data analysis, we find that plate beam angle within the range of 5 ° to 75 °, the determination of laser methane sensor error has a downward trend; the beam angle within the range of 89 ° to 90 °, sensor measuring error has a rising trend; plate beam angle within the range of 75 ° to 80 °, the sensor measurement error is minimum and remains at 0.04%.
