    Study on Reasonable Width of Section Coal Pillar with Rock Burst Risk

    • 摘要: 基于煤炭开采过程中区段煤柱留设宽度不合理容易造成资源浪费和强矿压显现的现状,采用钻孔应力计和PASAT应力场CT扫描技术对现有煤柱内尺寸合理性进行评估,然后采用理论计算和数值模拟对区段煤柱进行优化。研究结果表明:现有30 m的区段煤柱尺寸偏大大,中间存在6 m的弹性核是导致强矿压的主要原因;经过优化后的煤柱尺寸缩小为8 m,使煤柱处于弹塑性临界状态,同时煤柱内应力水平处于合理的水平值。

       

      Abstract: Based on the situation of waste of resources and strong rock pressure which cause by unreasonable coal pillar width during the process of mining, borehole stress and PASAT CT scanning technology are used to evaluate the rationality of existing coal pillar size, and then the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are used to optimize the section coal pillar. The results show that elastic core of 6 m is the main reason to cause strong rock pressure and the existing size of section coal pillar of 30 m is slightly big; the narrow coal pillar size after optimization is 8 m, which makes the coal pillar in elastic-plastic critical state, and the stress level of coal pillar is at reasonable level.
