    • 摘要: 以大同某煤矿8107大采高综放工作面为研究背景,通过建立理论力学模型研究了回采过程中顶煤覆岩高位的“砌体梁”结构与低位的“悬臂梁”结构耦合形成的“砌体梁-悬臂梁”结构,以及合理的支架工作阻力。现场实测8107工作面正常回采以及来压时支架工作阻力分别为26 MPa和40 MPa,与理论计算结果较为吻合。说明8107工作面采用的ZF15000/27.5/42型四柱低位放顶煤支架能够满足生产需求。

       

      Abstract: Taking Datong Coal Mine 8107 working face with high mining height as the research background, through the establishment of theoretical mechanics model, the “voussoir beam and cantilever beam” structure formed by coupling high “voussoir beam” structure with low “cantilever beam” structure in process of mining top coal rock, and the reasonable working resistance of support is studied. The working resistance of 8107 working face under normal mining and the pressure was 26 MPa and 40 MPa, the results are more consistent with the theoretical calculation. It shows that the 8107 working face using ZF15000/27.5/42 type four-column low-level coal caving support can meet the production needs.
