    Monitoring and Analysis of Operation Rate in Fully Mechanized Caving Face with Large Dip Angle in Changshanzi Coal Mino

    • 摘要: 采煤机开机率综合反映了工作面生产系统的整体效能。长山子煤矿1125综放面所开采的是大倾角三软不稳定煤层,工作面自初采以来近4个月推进速度极其缓慢。为提高工作面推进速度,查清影响工作面开机率的主客观因素,采用现场跟机监测采煤机开停机状态,综合分析影响开机率的故障因素。从加强设备检修与维护,及时处理水害、倒架和夹矸,加强工作面管理3个方面提出提高开机率的综合对策,从而实现1125工作面有的放矢量化管理。

       

      Abstract: The operation rate of shearer comprehensively reflects the overall efficiency of production system in working face. The No.1125 fully mechanized top-caving face belongs to large dip angle “three soft” coal seam in Changshanzi Coal Mine. The working face has been moving extremely slowly for nearly four months since the early mining. For the purpose of improving the advancing speed and finding out the subjective and objective influencing factors of operation rate, by site monitoring the state of startup and shutdown of the shearer, we comprehensively analyze the failure factor affecting operation rate of the shearer. From strengthening the equipment maintenance, dealing with water leakage and parting, dirt band and strengthening the management of working face these three respects, we propose comprehensive countermeasures to improve the operation rate and achieve targeted quantitative management of No.1125 working face.
