    Coal Mine Water Disaster Safety Evaluation Based on Compromise Weight and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿水害影响因素的多指标性和复杂性,建立了具有层次结构的水害安全评价指标体系,使用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对评价各指标组合赋权,线性组合二者的权重并进行折衷处理,充分体现出指标重要程度的主观评价和客观反映。结合模糊综合评价法(FCE)建立了基于折衷权重的模糊综合评价模型,并应用评价的结果进行煤矿水害危险性数据的深度挖掘,以此为据提出水害的防治建议。应用结果表明:该评价模型能够定量的反映出煤矿生产系统水害潜在的安全隐患。

       

      Abstract: According to multi-index and complexity of coal mine water hazard influence factors, water disaster safety evaluation index system was established with hierarchical structure, using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to combine and weight for evaluation indexes, then AHP weight and FAHP weight were linearly combined and done with compromise method, subjective evaluation and objective reflection for the index important degree were fully reflected. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on compromise weight was established combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), coal mine water disaster danger data were dug out deeply with evaluation results. According to these, we propose some suggestions on prevention and control water disasters. Application results show that: the evaluation model can quantitatively reflect potential risks of coal mine water disaster in coal mine production system.
