    Optimization of Cooling Water for Mining Face Equipments in Tashan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 采煤工作面设备冷却水直接排放,造成水量消耗大,井底水仓水量增大并增加了煤提升的难度等一系列问题,基于此设计了井下采煤工作面设备冷却水优化系统,将回收转载、破碎机、前后刮板输送机冷却水作为采煤机冷却喷雾水,同时对冷却水进行了磁化处理,解决了煤矿采煤工作面水量消耗严重、设备冷却结垢问题。

       

      Abstract: The directly discharging of cooling water of mining face equipments can cause a series of problems,such as large consumption of water,the increasing of shaft sump water and the increasing of coal lifting difficulty.In this paper,the optimization systems of cooling water for the underground mining face equipments are designed.It can recycle the cooling water from the loader,crusher,front and real scraper conveyor as cooling spray water for the shearer,meanwhile it magnetizes the cooling water,which solves the problems of large consumption of water in mining face and scaling of equipment cooling.
