    松软含硫化铁结核煤层成孔问题研究

    • 摘要: 针对松软含硫化铁结核煤层在顺层钻孔施工存在的塌孔、卡钻、成孔深度浅等问题,提出深槽螺旋复合钻进技术,开发出相应钻具组合,并通过在实践中的不断试验,对钻具进行了优化改进。研究结果表明,在松软含硫化铁结核地层中钻进,原来一直认为硫化铁结核是影响钻进成孔的决定性因素的这一观点存在认识上的误区,真正起决定性作用的是硫化铁结核影响下的孔壁的稳定性;深槽宽翼片螺旋复合钻进技术在松软含硫化铁结核煤层中成孔率高,有其独特优势。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of hole collapse, sticking of tool, the shallow pore-forming during the construction of bedding drilling in soft coal seam containing nodules of iron sulfide, the complex drilling technology of deep slot screw was proposed. The suitable drilling assemblies were developed, and the optimization and improvement of drilling tool were carried out by testing and accumulating in practice. The results show that the iron sulfide nodule is an important factor affecting drilling in containing iron sulfide nodule and soft coal seam is not the decisive element and the stability of a borehole is a decisive and primary one; the complex drilling technology of deep slot screw has its advantages and the high popularizing value on solving the drilling problem in soft coal seam containing iron sulfide nodules.
