    Fracturing and Permeability Increasing Technology for Radial Well in Rapid Unconvering Coal of Shaft

    • 摘要: 借鉴径向井导向能力可操可控的技术特点,在国内外范围内创造性提出将径向井压裂技术应用立井揭煤中。基于首次压裂主裂缝延伸规律分析,预测了二次压裂主裂缝的延伸范围。通过压裂液表面张力和膨胀力的测定,确定了2%的KCl溶液为首选压裂液。继而进行径向井方位及施工设计,并进行了工业性试验,试验表明,通过技术改造,大幅度增加了预揭煤层的透气性,径向井压裂增透效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Referencing the controllable technical characteristics of guiding ability of radial well, we creativly applied radial well fracturing technology to shaft uncovering coal at home and abroad. Based on the propagation law analysis of the first fracturing main fracture, we predict extension range of the secondary fracturing main crack. Through the measurement of surface tension and expansive force of fracturing fluid, we determine that 2% KCL solution is as the preferred fracturing fluid. Then, the direction and the construction design of radial well are carried out, and the industrial test is carried out. The test shows that the new technology greatly increases the gas permeability of pre-uncovering coal seam through technological transformation, and the radial well fracturing and permeability increasing effect is remarkable.
