    倾斜厚煤层错层位相邻巷道联合支护技术

    Combined Support Technology of Adjacent Roadway by Staggered Outward Arrangement in Inclined Thick Seam

    • 摘要: 为进一步研究倾斜厚煤层支护技术,采用理论分析和数值模拟方法,研究深部巷道围岩稳定问题,认为深部巷道围岩的基本控制方法是提高围岩强度、转移围岩高应力以及采用合理的支护技术,并提出了错层位外错式相邻巷道联合支护技术。以庞庞塔矿为工程背景,通过对比巷道单巷布置与错层位外错布置2种情况下的支护效果,回归分析错层位外错式布置下相邻巷道联合支护区锚固体强度。经分析论证表明:错层位外错式布置下相邻巷道联合支护区锚固体强度优于单巷布置下锚固体强度。

       

      Abstract: For the further study of inclined thick coal seam supporting technology, using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, we study deep roadway surrounding rock stability problems, and thick that the basic control method of deep roadway is the transfer of high rock stress to improve the rock strength, and to adopt the rational supporting technology. We propose the staggered outward arrangement adjacent roadway combined support technology. In this paper, taking Pangpangta Mine as the engineering background, the supporting effect of the single lane layout and staggered outward arrangement under two kinds of situations is compared; regression analysis is carried out for anchorage strength of adjacent roadway combined support zone by staggered outward arrangement. The analysis shows that the anchorage strength of adjacent roadway combined support zone by staggered outward arrangement is superior to single lane anchorage strength.
