    Optimization and Modification for Control System of Coal Mine Ventilation Based on PLC

    • 摘要: 针对矿井中通风机系统的运行特点,对其控制系统提出利用PLC改造方案。分析了通风风机系统继电器控制原理,以及PLC控制系统的特点;对通风机控制系统软件、硬件的2方面进行了方案设计。优化的风机控制方案满足实际需求,提高了系统的自动化水平、安全性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: For the operation characteristics of ventilation fan system in mine, PLC is used to modify the control system. The paper analyzed control principle of the ventilation fan system and the characteristics of PLC control system, and designed two aspects of control system software and hardware. The optimized fan control scheme meets the actual demand and improves the automation level with safety and reliability.
