Abstract: Combining the coal and gas outburst prevention and control technology at present, this paper expounds the coal and gas outburst monitoring alarm system layout principles, methods of coal and gas outburst and alarm refuge method. This method ensures the safety of underground personnel when coal and gas outburst accidents occur, and timely and accurately determines the time and place of coal and gas outburst accident, and avoids possible gas explosion and dust explosion disasters after coal and gas outburst accidents to a certain extent, and minimizes the losses caused by coal and gas outburst accidents.
