    • 摘要: 煤矿坑道定向钻机动力头是定向钻机的关键部件之一,其性能好坏直接影响定向钻机整机性能。主要介绍了定向钻机动力头的方案制定与技术参数确定,叙述了制动装置、卡盘、主轴、箱体和传动齿轮的设计过程。定向钻机工业性试验中,动力头无故障钻进累计19 308 m,满足了坑道定向钻机的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The power head of coalmine tunnel directional drilling rig is the key part of directional drilling rig, and the performance of power head directly affects the whole drilling rig. The plan formulation and technical parameters were introduced in this paper including brake device, chuck, spindle, housing and gear design process. In the directional drilling industrial test, the accumulative total of trouble-free drilling of power head is more than 19 308 m, which meets the requirement of coalmine tunnel drilling rig.
