    A Kind of Efficient and Composite Wet Dust Collector in Heading Face

    • 摘要: 针对单一除尘机理的湿式除尘器存在处理风量小、除尘效率低的问题,结合水浴除尘器、填料除尘器和振弦珊除尘器的结构和特点,从核心部件、功能部件和分部构造3个方面,对其进行改进,进而设计出一种集水浴、填料、射流器、振弦珊于一体的高效复合式湿式除尘装置,尤其适用于煤矿综掘工作面的除尘。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of small flowing rate and low rate of dust removal efficiency in single mechanism wet dust collector, combining the structures and characteristics of water-bath dust collector, filler dust collector and vibration fiber grid dust collector, we improved it in three aspects including core components, functional components and partial structures to design out an efficiently composite wet dust removal device which sets water bath, filler, jet pump, vibration fiber grid in a body, and especially applies to the dust collecting of coal mining comprehensive mechanized heading face.
