    An Improved Overcurrent and Overvoltage Protection Circuit for Intrinsically Safe Power Supply

    • 摘要: 针对传统的采用三极管和稳压管进行保护的方案温漂大、保护不精确、批量生产时个体差异大等缺点,提出了一种采用电压基准AZ431和比较器LM339的低成本矿用本安电源电流电压保护电路的设计方案,详细分析了该电路的保护原理。该电路具有简单可靠,调试方便,利于生产等优点。试验表明,该电路能在故障解除后自动恢复,且恢复时间可调。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of big temperature drift, inaccurate protection and big individual difference during mass production of the traditional protection scheme using audion and stabilivolt tube to carry out protect, we proposed a low-cost design scheme for mine-used circuit voltage protection of intrinsically safe power supply with voltage reference AZ431 and comparator LM339, and analyzed the principle of this protection circuit. The circuit has the advantages of simple reliability, convenient debugging and good production. The test shows that the circuit can recover automatically after the failure and the recovery time can be adjusted.
