    Modal Analysis of Speed-reducer Bevel Gear of Aerial Passenger Device for Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 介绍了模态分析的基本原理,应用三维设计软件UGNX建立煤矿架空乘人装置减速器用斜齿圆锥齿轮实体模型,在ANSYS Workbench中进行齿轮的模态分析,得到了该齿轮的前6阶固有频率和振型图。模态分析的结果可为齿轮的设计和减速器的改进提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The basic theory of modal analysis is introduced. Solid model of speed reducer bevel gear of aerial passenger device for coal mine is established through 3D design software UGNX. The modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench. The first six natural frequency and modes of the bevel gear are obtained. The results of modal analysis provide reference for the design and improvement of the gear.
